Recyc'Elit is an innovative French company that has developed a patented, low-impact process for recycling complex polyester-based textiles intended for landfilling or incineration. Since the process is selective to polyester, co-materials (elastane, polyamide, cotton, etc.) are intact and can be valorised. It is a 100% circular process.

Our recycling process
Our innovative patented process allows the recycling of complex polyester-based textiles, which are currently landfilled or incinerated due to the lack of suitable recycling solutions. Thanks to our process, it is possible to valorise the polyester part as well as the co-materials, while limiting the impact on the environment.
Find an outlet for complex polyester-based textiles
We recycle all textiles in which polyester is mainly present: post-production and post-consumer, “classic” textiles or technical textiles.
In 2023, polyester represented 57% of fibers produced worldwide*. Note that this share continues to grow every year.
Currently, many polyester-based deposits end up in SRF (Solid Recovered Fuels) or final waste, especially when polyester is mixed with one (or more) other material (s).
