Context
There are still pitfalls for the implementation of recycling processes in a systematic circular economy model within the textile industry across the EU, that need to be mitigated.

Objectives
Building a dynamic ecosystem around textile recycling at the European level, in particular through the creation of five regional textile recycling hubs (including one in France in Auvergne Rhône-Alpes).
Support SMEs in their investments to accelerate the development of their technologies.
For Recyc'Elit: invest in a pilot with greater capacity, design it and conduct the first tests on it (100% PET then multifiber/colored textiles, go all the way to the yarn).

- Pilotscale tests on several cases of multi-fiber colored textiles.
- Production of purified monomers
- Polymerisation into recycled polyester resin
- Transformation into recycled polyester yarn
Expected results
Operational pilot to demonstrate the potential of RECYC'ELIT technology on a larger scale and significantly increase recycling capacity.
